The top 5 trending practice for well-being are ideas that can be done alone or with the company of trusted loved ones. Either way, the activities can bring a lightness from stress and encourage us to live the life we seek. All ideas are to encourage calming practices that ignite our senses and bring joy.

Head Spa: The most ignored part of our head is the scalp.  We have spent countless hours focusing on the daily, even hourly, upkeep and primping of our faces, yet our scalp is roughly and quickly scrubbed in the shower, then forgotten.  Think of a head spa being like a facial for your scalp.  A common treatment in Japan, this well-being practice brings the benefits of massage to the most needed area of our body.
